Verification. All biographical facts are sourced from Wikipedia (notable biographical pages), official court websites, Department of Justice press releases, or the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) docket listings. Where a fact cannot be attributed to one of these sources, it is not included.
Case participation. A participant is listed as involved in a case only if the connection is a matter of public record — typically the presiding judge on a JPML docket, an attorney appearing on a case-caption filing, or a prosecutor identified in government press releases concerning the matter.
